Information you provide us with and how it is used

To access certain areas of our Platforms, you will need to register with us. During the registration process you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable InsiJets to provide you with the services you select. In addition, we may also collect personal information from you when you correspond with us (for instance, if you contact us with a query about one of our services). Please note that calls to InsiJets advisors may be recorded for security, training and development purposes. If you choose to interact with InsiJets via a social media platform or other third party service, we will collect the information you have provided to us through that platform. We also collect certain information automatically about visitors to our Platforms. The Platforms are not intended for children under the age of 16. However, due to the nature of our services, InsiJets may collect and maintain travel information about children under the age of 16, when necessary, to comply with aviation or security regulations, for safety or security reasons or as otherwise necessary for InsiJets to arrange transportation or other services requested by clients and their guests. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under age 16 without parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information. Data Retention Period

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collect it (the “Storage”). The Storage period shall not exceed twenty-six (26) months from the time that the information is provided by you or collected by us. The Storage period will reset with each new communication received by InsiJets from you or made on your behalf. When relevant, the Storage period of your personal information will be extended to meet the requirements of law and for accounting, auditing and other internal administrative and support functions. Applicants to job positions at InsiJets will be subject to a twelve (12) months Storage period in order for their profile to be retained for future job openings. This Storage period will be renewed for a same period of twelve (12) months in case of explicit acceptance from the applicant.
