Hublot Polo Gold Cup in Gstaad

Taking place annually at the magnificent resort town of Gstaad at the Saanen airport, the leading polo event is back after a two-year hiatus due to the global pandemic. Dedicated to the oldest team sport, the Hublot Polo Gold Cup takes place in a spectacular setting of greenery surrounded by alpine peaks and meadows. Celebrating the highest level of equestrianism, the players consist of the best athletes and sportspeople and the finest horses from around the world. The latter have been bred and selected since the start of the last century, mainly in Argentina, to be the best partners to their riders. Approximately one hundred and twenty horses will be brought to the grounds of the Saanen airport, which is transformed into a polo club for a week to accompany the sixteen plates of the four teams who participated in the Gold Cup. Three teams, GSTAAD PALACE, HUBLOT and newcomer KIELDER AGRO, will try to take the title from CLINIQUE LA PRAIRIE, which will be led this year by Sébastien Le Page from Zurich.
