Set to take place Sunday, August 21, 2022, at the picturesque Pajulahti Sports Institute in Lathi, Finland, the Duathlon comprises running, cycling and then running again race in one sequential event. A robust challenge open to experienced athletes and novices, the Duathlon offers an entire programme for the whole family. Registration for the race is now open, with prizes ranging from €500 cash for the winners of the men’s and women’s races to products and diplomas from Valtteri Bottas Duathlon for the winners of the Family Duathlon.
Raising at least €10,000 at each event, the Valtteri Bottas Duathlon donates to selected charities and projects every year. Many donations are awarded in the vicinity of Nastola that promote sport among the beneficiaries.

The Valtteri Bottas Duathlon event also focuses on protecting the environment, giving any one who litters during the race a one-minute penalty.
